- INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS:There will be forty-nine (49) Instant Win Prizes. Unclaimed/unawarded Instant Win Prizes will not be awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the unlikely event that winning messages for any Instant Win prize level are distributed in numbers greater than the number stated in these rules for such prize level, that stated number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level.
- VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES:Tier 1 potential prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Entry into this Promotion constitutes prize winner's agreement to sign such documents.
